4a. Code of Conduct

We ask all clients to approach their session with openness, respect, and a genuine intention for personal growth. Disruptive, aggressive, or demanding behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the service being cancelled without refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and may be changed at any time without notice. Promotional offers and discounts are applied at the discretion of Draw Me An Oracle Card.

6. Payments & Refunds

All services and digital products must be paid in advance via PayPal.

• Personalized Services: Once a personalized service (such as an Astrology report, custom oracle card, or ebook) has been created and delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the time and intuitive work invested.

• Live Readings (Zoom): Clients may reschedule their session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

7. [NEW] Delivery of Astrology Recordings

For services that include a recorded reading:

• Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to download and save the recording to your own device as soon as the link is provided.

• Technical Limitation: Due to storage limits, recording links may be deleted or lost shortly after delivery. I cannot guarantee the permanent storage or retrieval of your session once the link has been sent. Please save your file immediately.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content on this Website—including original artworks, illustrations, text, designs, and astrology reports—is the intellectual property of Draw Me An Oracle Card and is protected under copyright law. You may not: Resell, reproduce, or distribute any artwork or digital product for commercial purposes. You may: Share your personalized oracle card or chart snapshots on social media, with full credit to @drawmeanoraclecard and a link to drawmeanoraclecard.com.

9. Sharing of Website Content

You may share website content (blog posts, artwork samples) provided content remains unaltered, full credit is given to @drawmeanoraclecard, and a link to the website is included.
